A new era – living from the heart
What is the current situation?
A lot has happened to us humans in recent years: we have suddenly been confronted with unforeseen limitations, fears and limitations. We are constantly confronted with new, frightening situations and we are faced with fundamentally existential questions. With this level of irritation, every previous everyday situation is overturned. Many react stressed, are overwhelmed or underwhelmed and feel lost on a human level. In this uncontrolled stress many unfamiliar emotions have surfaced: we have experienced a lot of sadness, loss, anger, powerlessness and unconscious feelings, especially fears and aggressions have surfaced. Our head and heart could not reconcile many things. Now there is the question:
- How do I manage this crisis?
- What do I do with these experiences??
- How do I feel today?
- And what now?
What's next?
On your own, it is difficult to process your own feelings. In such crisis situations we forget what makes us special, what talents lie dormant in us and to trust our hearts.
There is no going back to the former “normal”. But what’s next and where to go? Now is the time to proactively shape your own future. We are all human beings with special and unique gifts. Have you had a dream since childhood that you want to fulfill? Or have you possibly used the time of the pandemic to pursue a new path and change? It may also not be clear and unclear which and where your potential and talents lie dormant. Your own heart shows you your uniqueness and is your source to yourself.
