What is my expertise?

For more than 22 years I have been supporting people in their further development as a coach and systemic consultant. My own life is characterized by professional and personal development. In recent years, the question of the meaning of existence and my vocation has led me through intensive personal transformation work. Today I feel at home with me and in my heart. I take an holistic approach and accompany you individually according to your pace.

What motivates me?

I see you with my heart and lead you, according to your pace , on your personal path.

Everything is energy and it vibrates at different frequencies. Although this spiritual level is not directly visible to our eyes, we perceive everything through our heart. We often notice low frequencies when we feel uncomfortable and insecure, such as when we are afraid or angry.  Our heart longs for pure and high frequencies, such as joy and happiness. The lighter and higher your frequency, the more fulfillment you feel in your heart.

Following your heart means that you shape your life from your inner center. In order to get there, it is necessary to become aware of the low-frequency feelings, beliefs and patterns that are dormant in us, to recognize their triggers and to let go. You will perhaps discover possible blockages, shadow parts or clarify thought and behavior patterns as well as beliefs.  My work combines the energetic, spiritual and practical level. I help you to find yourself, to recognise your talents and to follow your heart.

Contact me for an appointment to get to know each other via Zoom or Skype. Our initial meeting is free of charge and lasts 30 minutes.
