My personal journey
From an early age, I was highly attuned to emotions and energies and felt a deep connection to nature and to life.
Initially my career path led me into the world of business and international corporations. But despite my external success, I became increasingly aware that my true calling lies elsewhere.
In my early thirties, I began to follow my inner calling and completed training in systemic coaching and counseling. For over 26 years, I have been supporting people through change processes, personal development, and career transitions.
At the same time, my spiritual journey deepened through meditation, mindfulness practice, and intuitive perception. Today, I integrate coaching, intuitive guidance, and art into a holistic setting for growth and transformation.

Every person carries their own light inside them. In our daily lives, we often lose touch with our inner voice and our truest potential.
My work supports people in regaining clarity, self-awareness, and self-confidence—and in shaping their path with more joy and fulfillment.
To me, living a conscious life means being connected to life—with mindfulness, awareness, and inner presence. Nature, meditation, creativity, and authentic encounters are important sources of inspiration in my life.
