You breathe in and breathe out - you will be amazed at what you feel and what it feels like...Sounding happens in the moment, intuitively and freely, just the way you feel it. You just follow your inner voice and let your heart sing. When we sing together as a group, a harmonious network of sound and light is formed.

What is Toning?

Dive into the sounds of your inner worlds.

Every sound creates vibrations and affects your energy field. Toning touches your body and enlivens your cells. You can perceive these vibrations when you listen to music or make music and sing yourself. Some frequencies feel pleasant, positive, others not so much.

In calm, deep breaths you come into contact with yourself and your heart. With your voice you let sounds flow from you intuitively. These sounds are your own frequencies that you can perceive as vibrations in your body.  You “speak” from your heart and find your connection with your source. 

When you tone you can let go of thoughts or worries and dive into your emotional world. Your chakras can come into flow and you harmonize your energy field. Feel the joy of sound, your inner voice and grounding.

How can you start toning?

Group Toning

We harmonise our sound and you can feel the sound and connection from heart to heart. You can find the schedule on my homepage. After you register by email, I will send you a confirmation with the payment options and Zoom invitation link.

What leads me to toning?

...feel the joy of sound and its effect...

I love music and harmonious sounds. During meditations, I toned or sounded mantras and let myself be enchanted by the cloud of sound. It’s amazing how easy it is to use sounds to get completely into my heart and center. My mind and thoughts fade into the background and I experience the connection to my soul and “oneness”. I can feel my cells vibrating, tingling, dancing and revitalizing my body. Depending on the moment, I enjoy the calm inner peace, happiness and the strength of my heart. I love sharing this joy of toning, both in individual sessions and in groups.

What is important?

If you enjoy sound, want to get into flow or center yourself again, want to feel your heart even more or immerse yourself in your emotional world, or want to feel the connection with others while making sounds together.

 

In general, there are no prerequisites – for the online group you need internet access and the Zoom app.

Important for you to know: Toning does not include medical, medical, psychiatric, psychological or therapeutic treatment or advice, does not replace such treatment and is therefore not suitable for people who need such treatment or support. All participants are fully responsible for themselves, have their own rights and are responsible for their perceptions, feelings, findings, insights, experiences, etc. If you are looking for therapeutic support, I would be happy to recommend you.

Toning in group, open to all: Duration approx. 45-60 minutes each session €30,– (*VATfree)

Toning 1:1 in an individual session: Duration approx. 45-60 minutes each session €120,– (*VATfree)

I will send the invoice and payment details by email after you register and must be paid before the confirmed date.

You can find all payment details and options on the invoice. You will receive the invoice for your participation via email with the appointment and booking confirmation and must be paid promptly upon receipt of the invoice and before the appointment. Please transfer the invoice on time.

You don’t need to have learned to sing or be able to read music. Toning is intuitive and free. You can’t do anything wrong because there are no guidelines. I guide you or the group and you agree to it as you feel and perceive it.

Completely individually and as often as you perceive it to be suitable for you. If you have any questions about the objectives, please feel free to contact me personally.

According to my terms and conditions, you can postpone or cancel agreed appointments up to 48 hours before the appointment to an alternative date. Appointments that are canceled or postponed for less than 48 hours are considered cancellations and will be charged at 100%.

If agreed appointments are canceled up to 48 hours before the appointment, units that have already been paid for can be booked back by arrangement, provided they cannot be postponed to a next appointment.

When participating in groups, confidentiality can only be agreed verbally with all participants.

Personal individual sessions are a matter of trust. Of course, I maintain absolute discretion regarding the content and undertake to maintain secrecy about all information that comes to my knowledge during the appointment.

Your personal data will be processed by me for order processing (e.g. invoicing, confirmation, invitations…). You are welcome to read the relevant paragraph in my terms and conditions and clarify any further questions with me personally.
